We are looking for you to join us as soon as possible in the Master Data department at our headquarters in Idstein as Master Data Management (SAP) (m/f/d). The position is limited to 1 year as parental leave cover.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Enter, maintain, and validate master data in SAP (Material Master creation / extension, Purchasing Info Records, Sales Pricing Condition Records, Batches, Inspection – Quality Management Data, Customer and Supplier master data)
- Manage and support integration between Centric PLM and SAP (S4) and from SAP to third party systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and governance through regular audits and process evaluations
- Partner with IT and business leads on S4 SAP Retail rollout, migrations, and stabilization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across OTC, PTP, and Supply Chain processes where master data is a dependency.
- Identify and implement corrective actions for data or process deviations
- Collaborate and communicate with internal departments to align timelines, responsibilities, and progress update to enable seasonal go-to-market readiness.
- Document, maintain, and improve business processes and develop training materials
- Act as the main contact person for master data management with solid SAP knowledge and related transaction codes.
What you bring:
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
- Minimum of 2+ years of practical / hands-on experience in SAP master data management and process or project management
- Advanced knowledge of SAP master data (material master, storage locations, purchasing info records, customer master, vendor master, material determination codes, etc.)
- Experience in performing mass data changes in SAP (e.g. MASS / MM46), including development / running of LSMW, table searches, and data audits
- Knowledge in Centric PLM (Preferred) or any other PLM systems.
- Comprehensive system expertise in SAP MDM and MRP/ERP applications
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills (JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
- Experience supporting global apparel/fashion or consumer goods brands (Preferred)
- Advanced MS Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, data exports)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German - Preferred
