As a result of Brexit, deliveries will take longer to reach you. For deliveries to islands and remote areas please allow additional time. We will inform you immediately of any delays in delivery.

Shipping areas

Orders via the Online Shop UK are delivered throughout the United Kingdom, except for: Ascension Island, Bermuda Islands, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Montserrat, Pitcarin Islands, St. Helena, Tristan da Cunha, Turks & Caicos Islands.

Parcelforce:

England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, including islands such as the Hebrides, Shetland, Orkney, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, but excluding British Overseas Territories.
We do not deliver to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.

Delivery to another country outside of the United Kingdom is, unfortunately, not available at this time (i.e. the billing address must be in a Member State of the European Union (EU) or in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) and the delivery address must be in the United Kingdom).

For deliveries abroad, please go directly to the respective online shop of the country in question.

Click & Collect

“Click & Collect” lets goods ordered online be delivered free of shipping charges to your local Jack Wolfskin store. Generally speaking, your goods will be delivered to the store within 5-7 working days and will be remain there for 10 calendar days. If, however, you do not go and pick up your item(s) within this period, they will be returned to our main warehouse.

Please select a specific Jack Wolfskin store as your chosen place of delivery. You can have your parcel(s) sent to the store saved under “My Store” or enter a store near you that you’ll find under Storefinder.
