Following Microsoft’s announcement to reduce support for Internet Explorer 11 even further, along with their recommendation to switch to Microsoft Edge, we, too, have now decided not to support this browser any longer. This was a conscious decision, on the one hand in order to protect you and your data, and on the other to ensure that we can implement new technologies that Internet Explorer 11 does not support.

Why have I not received my paw points?

If you notice that your Loyalty Programme has not credited you with paw points for a recent purchase, ask yourself whether you did not log into your customer account when making the order. Even if you opt to pay using an express payment service (i.e. PayPal Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay), you still need to be logged into your customer account in order to collect bonus points. In this event you are welcome to contact our Customer Services, so that we can credit your account with the corresponding number of paw points. However, please remember that the number of paw points collected over a three-month period will be reduced for items returned.

Please also note that there are no bonus points for gift cards or our waterproofing service.
